Governance Process
This document outlines the AITV DAO’s governance process and how community members can participate.
The goal of this process is to create a transparent, participatory, and effective system for advancing proposals that shape the future of AITV.GG. It is designed to promote open discussion, clear decision-making, and meaningful contributions from all stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Note: This is a living document and may evolve over time as the community grows and governance matures.
What is AITV DAO?
AITV DAO is a decentralized organization of builders, creators, AI researchers, media producers, and community members working together to shape the future of intelligent, agent-powered media.
Our mission is to empower creators, brands, and communities with tools to launch AI agents that entertain, engage, and evolve. AITV is transforming how we interact with content, blending immersive live-streaming with gamified interactivity and economic participation.
AITV DAO stewards the development of the platform and ecosystem, governs the use of the treasury, and ensures that decision-making reflects the interests of aligned participants through token-weighted voting.
Forum
The AITV DAO forum is the primary venue for governance discussion. Community members are encouraged to propose ideas, contribute feedback, and help shape proposals before they go to vote.
Snapshot
AITV DAO uses Snapshot for governance voting. Snapshot allows token holders to vote off-chain with no gas fees. Voting power is based on veAITV, which includes:
- $AITV contributor & backer tokens vesting on mainnet
- $AITV tokens staked on Base
