This proposal is to formally define and approve Austin Anderson’s role as a committed contributor at AITV, outlining responsibilities in community growth, partnerships, engagement, and execution, as well as contributions to building and scaling AITV’s community ecosystem.

Title: AITV Community Lead (Committed Contributor)

Role Summary

I am responsible for leading AITV’s community growth and engagement efforts across Discord, X, aitv.gg, livestream platforms, and partner ecosystems. My role focuses on building strong user relationships, organizing scalable community programs, coordinating launches with internal teams and partners, and ensuring community feedback and data directly inform AITV’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AITV’s community growth strategy, identifying and executing initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Own and manage the AITV Discord community (9,000+ members), including structure, moderation direction, events, and engagement programs.

  • Run and grow the AITV community channel on X, coordinating community-driven initiatives, livestreams, and engagement efforts.

  • Organize and host community events, challenges, livestreams, and interactive campaigns across Aitv.gg, Discord, X, Twitch, and other platforms.

  • Lead and manage the AITV Community Ambassador Program, coordinating motivated members to amplify growth and engagement efforts.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and growth objectives.

  • Coordinate with AITV partners and their communities to support agent launches, joint community events, and cross-community growth initiatives.

  • Organize and lead groups of highly engaged community members passionate about AITV, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to support launch rollouts, ensuring community readiness and smooth execution.

  • Meet directly with AITV users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and relay actionable insights to internal teams.

  • Build and deploy small Discord and web-based bots to support data tracking, community events, and operational workflows.

  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics across AITV’s site, Discord, and social platforms to identify trends and optimize growth strategies.

  • Organize users from partner agent communities to grow AITV’s external reach and onboard new community members.

  • Manage the community budget for events, challenges, incentives, and operational expenses.

Compensation

  • Salary: 5000 USDC per month

  • Token Vesting Package: 0.2% of AITV TTS (Subjected to 1 year cliff and 2 years linear vest)

  • Hours: 40+ hours/week

I’m in full support of this. Austin has been working with the DAO for the past 10 months, and has lead our community initiatives with an amazing level of consistency and reliability.
