  • Reducing agency spend — not viable without undermining strategic campaign execution.

This proposal, if approved, will authorize the transfer of $100,000 USD and 300,000 $AITV from the AITV DAO Treasury to designated multisig wallets managed by the Core Marketing Workstream for operational deployment during Q4 2025.

Funds will be distributed according to the table in the Specification section, following DAO-approved internal accounting and reporting standards.

Im in favor of this . Excellent marketing budget framework — the proposed allocations and strategic focus areas are well-structured, aligns with historical spending patterns, and remains comfortably within sustainable runway parameters.

In addition, the marketing budget will be secured and administered via a newly dedicated 2/3 multisig wallet specifically designated for marketing expenditures.

  • The multisig will be administered by BlockOffice (blockoffice.com), a trusted operations service provider.

  • The other two signers are committed DAO contributors, ensuring alignment with community interests.

This measure ensures transparent tracking, accountability, proper oversight of all marketing-related disbursements and keeps the right balance between security, accountability, and flexibility — safeguarding DAO funds while allowing marketing initiatives to move quickly and effectively.
